Mint masala toast is a easy recipe which you can make for your breakfast. The Masala Cheese Toast has a fabulous taste that goes down well with kids. It can also be served as a tea time snack.
Ingredients
To Grind

½ cup Mint Leaves

½ cup Coriander leaves

¼ Teaspoon dry Basil

1 Green chilli
-
1 clove Garlic
-
2 Cheese slices
Other Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon Mustard sauce

2 Tablespoons of Milk

1 Medium size Egg
-
Butter to toast

Salt, to taste
Method

Combine all the ingredients to grind in a blender and make a fine paste.

Take a wide bowl add the remaining ingredients, whisk well along with the grind paste.

Heat a griddle or skillet and apply some butter.

Cut bread slice diagonally.

Dunk the bread slices in the mixture.

Place bread on griddle and cook on both sides until golden brown. It should take about 1 to 2 minutes each side.

Serve mint masala toast with a cup of Coffee or Tea.
