In Keto Curd Chia recipe, we are going to see an interesting recipe which tastes similar to curd rice but honestly, this is better than curd/yogurt rice. Chia seeds are extremely soft and jelly when it is soaked in the water. The texture of this seed after soaking makes the dish tastier.
We are going to soak the chia seeds for an hour and mix them with curd/yogurt then the simple south Indian tempering will be added for more taste.

Tips to make perfect curd chia seeds:
Here is the detailed recipe:
Take 1/4 cup chia seeds and add 1 cup water. Allow it to soak for an hour.
Chia seeds will be very soft after we soak them for an hour. Keep the soaked chia seeds aside. Let’s do the tempering. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil.
Then add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp channa dal
Then 1 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Then 2 red chillies, 2 sprigs of curry leaves and saute them.
Tempering is ready. Now add 1/2 cup yogurt/curt with soaked chia seeds
Mix well. Add water if the yogurt is too thick. Then add the tempering and mix everything well.
Curd Chia Seeds are ready to serve.
