This recipe needs little advance preparation to get a juicy and tasty chicken. Soaking the chicken in buttermilk for an hour helps to retain the moisture in the chicken. Acids in buttermilk tend to soften the chicken. The second marination is spice powders which are easily available in the kitchen.
We are also going to dust the chicken twice in the flour to get crispy outside and juicy inside. You will be surprised to see how tender the chicken is once it is cooked. The most important suggestion is to try not to use the chicken skin for this recipe.

Here is the detailed recipe for KFC Chicken Wings:
Take buttermilk in a bowl, add some salt and mix well.
Now take chicken wings and add them in the buttermilk. Mix well and allow it to marinate for an hour.
Now take the marinated chicken and drain the chicken separately from the buttermilk.
Then add salt to taste, ½ tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp garlic powder. Mix everything well and allow the marination to sit for an hour.
Now take some cold water in a bowl and 2 cups of all-purpose flour (add some salt in the flour). Take the marinated chicken and dust them well in the all-purpose flour.
Then take the dusted chicken and place them in the cold water and immediately take it out. Now again dust the wet chicken well in the all-purpose flour.
Repeat the same process for the rest of the chicken. Take some oil in the frying pan and heat them. Once the oil is hot, fry flour-coated chicken for 4 to 5 minutes or till the chicken is cooked well.
