Baby corn is my younger son’s favourite and he eats them just like that, but it is very difficult to make my older one eats these baby corn, so I always make something new so that he eats without complaining. We make this dish very often and it’s our favourite snack too. You can make this when you host a party, keep the crispy corn and cooked vegetables ready so it’s easy to mix them both just before serving.
This is baby corn. They are so delicious even when you eat them raw.
