Here is the step by step process for Bitter Gourd Chips:
Cut 1 large bitter gourd into thin slices.
In a bowl take rice flour, cornflour,
ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder,
Then add pepper powder, turmeric powder
Then add salt to taste. Mix well and add some water, make it a thick paste.
Now add the sliced bitter gourd and mix them well with the masala.
The bitter gourd is now ready to fry. Take some oil in a frying pan and let it heat.
Now fry the bitter gourd on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Bitter Gourd chips are now ready to serve.
