Chocolate mousse is a great way to end our dinner party. This three ingredients dessert is very easy to make.
Ingredients

200g Dark Chocolate, broken into pieces

3 Large Eggs, separated

50g Caster Sugar
Method

Take chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high flame for 30 seconds. Remove and mix well without any lumps.

Then take egg yolks and combine well with the chocolate using wooden spoon.

In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.

Once form is formed, combine the form and chocolate mixture and fold gently.

Pour equal quantities of the mixture into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Serve chilled.
