Chinese vegetable fried rice goes well with Gobi Manchurian or Mushroom Manchurian. Use long grain rice to make fried rice to get the chinese style fried rice. The best thing in making homemade vegetable fried rice is that we can skip chinese salt which is very harmful to our health.
Ingredients

1 cup Basmathi Rice

½ cup Carrot, finely chopped

½ cup Beans, finely chopped

2 Spring Onions

½ Teaspoon White Pepper powder

2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped

2 Tablespoons Celery, finely chopped

1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce

Oil

Salt, to taste
Method

Heat oil in a wok/kadai, add finely chopped garlic and celery, sauté for few seconds.

Then add chopped carrot and beans, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Now add white pepper powder, salt, soya sauce and rice and sauté on high flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Add the spring onion greens, mix well and cook on medium heat for a minute.

Serve Vegetable Fried Rice with Gobi Manchurian, Mushroom Manchurian or Vegetable Manchurian.
